The CLI is one self-contained binary of about 39 MB that carries its own runtime. It does not need
.NET installed, not the SDK, not the runtime, not ICU. Uninstalling is deleting the file.
Check the install
That prints the CLI version, the source-format version and the App Definition schema version. A
generated application pins its runtime to the version of the generator that wrote its project file,
so these numbers matter when you come back to a project later.
The runtime package
The runtime a generated application runs on: records, hooks, permissions, queries, the built-in
directory and the error wire.
You do not install this one. A generated application emits it as source, so what comes out of
cordango build has no dependency on a feed. --runtime package references it from NuGet instead,
pinned to the version of the generator that wrote the project file.
